Reminder: Slow Rolls in June and more!
Remember: every Saturday in June is a Community Challenge Slow Roll day in Saskatoon!
That means tomorrow (Saturday, June 10th) is another chance to help make our city the most active community in Canada. By participating, you can win individual prizes, group prizes, and community prizes by just getting your heart rate up! (If you haven’t already downloaded the ParticipACTION app, you can do it here. If you aren’t into apps, we can collect your activity minutes from the ride and submit them manually.)
Where: River Landing Fire Vessel (South of the Remai Modern Gallery)
When: 2PM assembly and departure
We’ll do a leisurely ride around the Meewasin and return to River Landing for some treats!
And then we’ll do it all again, same place, on:
- Saturday, June 17, 2 – 4PM
- Saturday, June 24, 2 – 4PM
Need a nudge? We’re contenders, at date of publication:

We’ll have more details in the days to come, but mark this on your calendars:
- Date: Sunday, June 18th
- Time: 2PM
- Where: starting at City Hall
- What: a ride up College Drive and back, ending at the police station
- Pin a poster to your back and send a message to the city and drivers
