The Bike Valet will be out in full force this weekend, offering three great opportunities to support cycling in Saskatoon!

We will be providing the Bike Valet’s services at the following events:

We welcome both returning and new volunteers! As a special thank you, all new volunteers will receive a Bike Valet t-shirt. Your support is crucial in making the Bike Valet the fantastic service that cyclists rely on.

We would be thrilled if you could click on any of the event links to view available volunteer shifts and sign up. It’s a wonderfully rewarding experience to help people by safely storing their bikes.

Children’s Festival requires a Criminal Record Check

Please note that volunteering at the Children’s Festival requires a Criminal Record Check. The good news is that the processing fees are waived when you include a volunteer letter with your application. (Please be aware there is a small convenience fee for online applications.)

If you are a Saskatoon resident, you can apply in person at the Saskatoon Police Service or online using this link and our volunteer letter: Saskatoon Cycles letter for Saskatoon City Police. Use our volunteer letter to have the fees waived when you apply in-person.

If you live outside of Saskatoon, you can apply in person at your local RCMP detachment or police service, also using our volunteer letter: Saskatoon Cycles letter for the RCMP

Please note: If you already have a valid criminal record check letter (processed within the last two years), you don’t need to apply again this year. Please just bring your letter for our Bike Valet staff to verify.
