Join us for the 2026 Ice Cycle!
Our signature winter bike ride event has been in hibernation since 2023, and we’re so happy to be bringing it back!
This January, you can learn about winter cycling, get tips and tricks from experienced riders, test out a bike, go on a casual, frosty “slow roll”, and get some great refreshments from Gather Local Market all in one fun afternoon.
Whether you’re a seasoned winter cyclist, or cold weather hesitant, this event is for you!
The details:
- January 24, 2026 1 – 5pm
- Meet at Gather Local Market at 1:00pm
- Take a spin on a demo winter bike
- Talk to our winter cycling experts from Bruce’s Cycle Works and Saskatoon Cycles
- We’ll go for a “slow roll” ride at 2pm and then come back to Gather for refreshments
- Random draws for prizes
Anyone can drop in at Gather Local Market and take part in the Ice Cycle.
However, PLEASE REGISTER BELOW if you want any of the below features:
- a draw entry (must be in attendance to claim prize)
- free Gather refreshment tickets
- a demo winter bike to borrow for the “slow roll” (limited numbers available)
- a commemorative Ice Cycle 2026 sticker
