Questions and Answers for City Cycling Bylaws

Membership input required for draft of bylaws that have
been created for City Cycling Bylaws. Ben Ralston will be
present to discuss any questions that you may have. Ben was
a former board member and was the lawyer who supervised this
project that was researched by a pro-bono law student.
